Damaged Items/Incorrect Orders
All orders need to be inspected for damages and/or errors within 72 hours of delivery and reported to irollparts.com. If a part is damaged or it is not the correct item for the car, it must be noted via an email, voicemail, or personal contact with one of the irollparts.com salespeople within this alloted window. No claims will be accepted if the order is beyond this time frame.
Within 30 business days of placing your order you may return any core or wrong part(s). No returns will be accepted after 30 business days. All parts must be in their original condition, not used or “tried”, and cannot be disassembled or damaged by incorrect installation. We are not responsible for installation errors. All parts must also be returned with all of the original packaging. All official Volvo boxes, bags, etc. must be returned with the item. It must be in new resellable condition. We are not responsible for any labor expenses, towing expenses, or rental car expenses that occur as the result of the installation of any wrong or defective parts. There are no refunds on shipping / handling charges.
All returns are subject to a non-refundable 20% restocking fee. Any special order items (items not in stock) from the factory cancelled before being shipped are also subject to a 20% restocking fee if the item has already been shipped out from the factory.
Please contact us for a Return Authorization Number, prior to returning any merchandise. If you choose to email us, please include your order number and "Return Authorization" in the subject line. Returns will not be accepted without a Return Authorization Number. Parts must be returned for inspection prior to any credit being issued. All return parts must be uninstalled and returned in with the original packaging or you will not receive credit.
